HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!

01/07/10 by Mario
We did our first New Years Eve gig at Silo Alamo Heights and it was a resounding success.  I was a nervous wreck because there was so many people but it only made for a terrific time for everybody.  Thanks Johnny, Marty and of course Patrick Richardson for the opportunity and I think it's safe to say everyone was a winner on this night.

Dead Ringer is looking for a breakout 2010 and we are extremely grateful for everyone's support!  Is this the year we actually try some original music???  OR perhaps record something, anything?!?  Gosh I hope so!  We're past due!

BUZZKILL PART 2!!!

10/29/09 by Mario
Due to "artistic differences" , Dead Ringer will not be participating in the Rock and Roll Marathon this year. This is a wonderful event and i hope our relationship is not strained by this for next year. Good luck to all of the participants and please support this wonderful event. Thanks!

Holy smoke!!!  I cannot send enough gratitude to the coolest and friendliest bikers in the world at Roxy's on 06/27/09.  Special thanks to the Northwest Little League crew who we've been so blessed to become friends with: Laurie and Andy Castro, Liz and Reyes Villegas, Coach Lety, and of course Coach Paul who led our girls in a wonderful run at the District 19 Little League tournament.  The ringers owe you guys a debt of gratitude for making it an AWESOME night!!!  Here's the pix:  Roxy 06/27/09!!

Thanks to everyone that came out on 04/10 to our favorite hang out Roxy's. It was a blast as usual and we look forward to seeing everyone again on 05/08.

If you're more of a northsider, be sure to check us out at Main Street on May 1. It'll be our first time back there in almost two years and we are looking forward to it!!!

Debut 2006 Homecoming??? Dead Ringer debuted at Speedway Sports Bar on May 5th of 2006 and while we had a good time there, it was too early in the Ringer days for us to blow socks off. Well on May 15th come out to Speedway and bring extra socks because we're a different band now and we are very excited to be coming back. Hope we can get all the Ringerz peeps to come out!!!

Silo Alamo Heights Thanks to Tammy Dullnig, Patrick Richardson and all the great people at Silo Alamo Heights for a tremendous time on 01/17/09. We had a great time and best of all, our great friend Tammy had an awesome 40th birthday. We look forward to coming back soon!!!

Special welcome to Virgil Brown who is our new guy on the low tones and a great singer too. He's a good fit in the band and we're looking to a bright future with him.

Rock and Roll Marathon

11/21/08 by Mario
RNRSA Wow! What an honor and privilige it was to participate in the Rock and Roll Marathon. Thanks to Jenny Carnes with the San Antonio Sports Foundation for giving us a shot. 300 bands applied and only 50 got picked. It was a cool experience and we'll be looking forward to doing it next year!
